Sales Advisor

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Sales Budget:
Achieve store sales targets set by the store manager; maximize conversion rate; generate and manage quotes, and improve their conversion into confirmed orders; establish a professional relationship that results in increased sales and repeat business; support the development of the Trade & Designer business.
- Sales Advisor / Interior Design Consultant Customer Experience:

- Manage each visitor through the brand's sales ceremonies;
- Welcome and understand the customer's needs to ensure a unique customer experience;
- Communicate the brand values, product qualities, and benefits (Storytelling, Product Story);
- Utilize sales tools (material samples, digital tools, dedicated brochure, catalog);
- Discreetly and informally collect customer/prospect profiling data;
- Successful sales conversions Cross-selling / Upselling;
- Promote Total Living;
- Manage quotes and follow up with prospects;
- Close the sales process and prepare for a new customer visit;C
- Collect profiling data of each visitor (prospects and customers) during sales ceremonies to feed customer analysis and CRM/retargeting strategy;
- Ensure adherence to the brand image in-store (by complying with visual merchandising standards) through direct and continuous interventions;
- Provide after-sales support to customers; Follow dress code guidelines.

**Job Profile**:

- Previous experience (min 3-5 years) as a salesperson in furniture companies or luxury and fashion brands;
- Ability to use and promote sales tools to support sales
- Ability to use interior design tools;
- Experience with a point-of-sale system and proficiency in MS Office software;
- Strong overall demeanor.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to conduct sales ceremonies with a specific focus on increasing conversion rate, aiming to convert visitors into purchasing customers;
- Team spirit, Business-oriented, ability to analyze sales results

Contratto di lavoro: 100%

Stipendio: CHF5'000.00 - CHF90'000.00 all'anno
