**About the role**:
Our client is a 3-person wealth management company based in Geneva. As part of their business development, they are looking for a new resource. You'll be joining a team of professionals who can teach you the fundamentals of the business. At the beginning, you'll be responsible of the administrative support for the 2 existing RMs.
**Work tasks**:
- New customer follow-up: File constitution, account opening package, checking documents and signatures, interaction with custodian banks and file follow-up.
- Various RMs support tasks: help with preparing accounts, information search, Excel spreadsheets, compliance.
**We are looking for**:
- Recent graduate with a CFC in Banking / Bachelor in Business Administration, HEG, GSEM, HEC,...
- Strong interest in finance
- First experience in a similar environment (internships are considered)
- Quickly available
- Perfect command of English and French
- Excellent command of standard IT tools, particularly Excel
- To be successful in this role, your personal skills are: organization, rigor, sense of service, flexibility, stress management and confidentiality.
