Unser Kunde, ein erfolgreiches und innovatives Unternehmen im Industriesektor mit rund 250 Mitarbeitern, ist auf die Herstellung von Industriemaschinen spezialisiert. Um das Team weiter zu stärken, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarungen einen engagierten:
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von Finanzplänen, Budgets und Prognosen
- Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings
- Durchführung von Ad hoc-Analysen und Auswertungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kennzahlen
- Begleitung und Unterstützung bei finanziellen Aspekten von Projekten, einschliesslich Budgetierung, Kostenkontrolle und Reporting
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung finanzieller Risiken
- Bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Eignung Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung im Controlling-Team

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz
- oder Business-Controlling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und Kostenanalyse
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Controlling-Instrumenten und ERP-Systemen
- Analytische Denkweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
