We have been operating in Switzerland for over 15 years to develop our aviation business. But our expansion is growing in all domains where you’re looking for new talents

Our recruitment teams are based in both the UK and Switzerland. In other words, our recruiters are experienced and multilingual.

We are currently hiring for one of our customers in Switzerland, a **Recruitment Specialist** to support the team.

As the **Recruitment Specialist** you will be responsible for support the hiring team to recruit team members that meet the requirements.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- lead interviews in English with hiring managers
- assist in taking a decision
- write records of interviews
- update system and support for delivery of offers

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- HR background or first relevant experience as recruiter
- excellent skills in English language
- at ease with IT

Applicants need to be European or Swiss citizens or holding a Swiss permit.

**Job Types**: 100%, Temporary / Staffing
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: CHF33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Sunday or public holiday pay
- Vacation money
