For an international company in the global agribusiness market in Basel we are looking for a
**In-house Recruiter - temporary role from August 2023 - February 2024**:
**Your challenges**

The Talent Partner is a crucial position in the in-house recruitment team and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of top-notch recruitment services in Switzerland. This entails:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on providing high-quality service to stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend their requisitions, establish processes, and manage expectations.
- Regularly updating key stakeholders, such as hiring managers and HR, on the progress of recruitment.
- Utilize market knowledge and data analysis to develop sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
- Partner with the business to create and execute recruitment campaigns that align with talent acquisition goals.
- Drive SLAs and KPIs by prioritizing the "customer" and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively engage with hiring managers to understand their medium and long-term business needs and anticipate future talent strategy requirements.
- Contribute to country-level or regional projects aimed at enhancing recruitment process efficiency and delivering a seamless client experience.

**Your skills**
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Economics, or Life Science, or equivalent qualification
- Strong desire to engage with people
- Proven track record in recruitment (either agency, RPO or in-house) with extensive knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting methodologies
- Inquisitive by nature with exceptional communication abilities
- Expertise in working with ATS/CRM systems, specifically SmartRecruiters
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
- Ideally knowledgeable about Swiss labor laws, especially permits and visas
- Preferably possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable of adapting quickly to shifting business requirements and working flexibly
- Fluent in English, and ideally proficient in either French or German.
