**Head of Global Procurement (m/w/d)**
- Kader
- und Führungsaufgabe in der Beschaffung mit weltweitem Footprint**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Direkt dem Chief Operations Officer unterstellt verantworten Sie die weltweiten Beschaffungsprozesse aller Standorte. Ihnen steht dazu ein Team von rund 70 Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten zur Verfügung. Sie gestalten die Geschäftsprozesse so, dass die Versorgungssicherheit aber auch die Kosteneffizienz und die Qualität der Rohstoffe und Teile maximal berücksichtigt werden. So nehmen Sie direkt Einfluss auf das Betriebsergebnis der ganzen Unternehmung. Für eine erfolgreiche Erfüllung der Aufgabe nehmen Sie folgende Verantwortungen wahr:

- Definition der Rollen und Aufgaben im Beschaffungsprozess
- Strategische Verantwortung der Beschaffungsausgaben
- Erstellung und Erhaltung der langfristigen Beschaffungsstrategien
- Kontakt zu den Projektteams, um frühzeitig die Kosten
- und Leistungsentscheide positiv zu beeinflussen
- Pflege des strategischen Lieferanten
- und Händlernetzes auf der Ebene der Geschäftsleitungen
- Implementierung und Führung von KPI im Bereich der Beschaffung der gesamten Unternehmung
- Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und der Organisation

Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie Ideen und Initiativen im Sinne einer Vordenkerrolle, um die Gesamtstrategie der Unternehmung weiterzubringen.

**Was Sie mitbringen**:
Um diese spannende, aber auch herausfordernde Rolle zu übernehmen, verfügen Sie über ein technisches Grundstudium (FH/ETH/TU) oder einen universitären betriebswirtschaftlichen Abschluss. Weiter setzen wir Erfahrungen und Weiterausbildungen in der Beschaffung sowie gute SAP-Kenntnisse voraus. In dieser Schlüsselfunktion bringen Sie einfache und machbare Lösungen ein und mögen es, komplexe Themen anzugehen. Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Entwicklungen in der Branche einzuschätzen, erschliessen so mögliche Chancen und realisieren Erfolge. In einer ersten Phase gilt «Just-Do-It», um anschliessend Strukturen zu festigen.

Sie haben Freude an der Führung in einer Matrixorganisation und pflegen gerne interne und externe Geschäftsbeziehungen. Strategische Verhandlungen unterstützen Sie gekonnt. Ihr Team erwartete eine nahbare und offene Person, welche sich durch eine positive und aufgeschlossene Einstellung einbringt und so begeistert. Sie kommunizieren und präsentieren fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch.
