Entrepreneur in Residence

Lakera is looking for a**_ Entrepreneur in Residence_** (f/m/x) who wants to help us navigate the next phase of growth. This role will work closely with our executive, business, and marketing teams to drive initiatives across projects. As a Founders Associate, you have an opportunity to have an impact across sales, business development, and product marketing all the way to community building. You own projects and drive them from start to finish. It’s an exciting position to get a 360° perspective across the firm.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to enter the world of startups. Maybe you are about to graduate or have graduated from a university/MBA degree. Potentially, you’ve spent a couple of years in the corporate world and realized it’s not a fit. This is a chance to gain first-hand experience in a startup environment - we don’t require prior startup experience.

We are looking for someone who wants to join Lakera for at least 4 months (80-100%) or permanently from the start.

**About you**

Ideally, you have some relevant experience and are excited about our mission to equip AI teams with safety and security capabilities. You may be a fit for this role if you have:

- Experience in business development, marketing, sales, product management, product development, or a related area.
- Great attention to detail.
- Experience starting something from scratch.
- A strong bias for action and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills.
