**Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ instances, IBM MQ objects and associated infrastructure
- Ensure the availability and reliability of IBM MQ servers and queue managers and perform queue manager backup and recovery
- Monitor the IBM MQ performance and troubleshoot, if necessary, issues
- Participate in capacity and disaster recovery planning and asset management
- Provide 2nd level production-, testing
- and development support- Anforderungen

**Requirements**:

- Several years´ experience as IBM MQ Administrator (IBM MQ 9.1 or higher)
- Experience in administration, maintenance, deployment, integration and installation of IBM MQ version 9.1 and higher.
- Experience with security hardening of WebSphere MQ to include SSL encryption and Authority/Authentication Records.
- Experience in defining and modifying MQ configurations such as data sources, listener ports, transports, channels, pub/sub, etc.
- Knowledge of a scripting languages (ESQL, Perl, Shell) as well as of various operating systems like Unix, Linux and/or Windows
- Fluent in English and German
