Du verantwortest das Security Consulting Business in der gesamten Schweiz sowie die Umsetzung der damit verbundenen Wachstumsstrategie.
- Leitung, Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des Security Consulting Teams
- Inhaltliche und kommerzielle Verantwortung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Ökosystems
- Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Wachstumsstrategie
- Kundenakquise und aktive Steuerung von Top-Deals

**Das Team**
Unser erfahrenes Team besteht aus 15 Security Consultants in der ganzen Schweiz und wird weiter rasant ausgebaut. Wir beraten mit Expertise, Neugier und Herzblut. In unseren Projekten arbeiten wir eng mit Mitarbeitenden und Kolleg*innen aus anderen Swisscom-Einheiten zusammen. So erzielen wir gemeinsam das beste Resultat für unsere Kundschaft und für Swisscom. Ein kollegialer sowie offener Umgang im Team ist uns wichtig und bringt uns gemeinsam vorwärts.

**Die Themen**
Dein Team berät unsere Geschäftskundschaft in der Cyber Security, von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. Du verantwortest das B2B Security Consulting von Swisscom in der gesamten Schweiz. Diese Rolle ist mit dem Auftrag verbunden, das Geschäftsfeld Security Consulting personell und inhaltlich rasant auszubauen. Du stellst die Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Wachstumsstrategie sicher. Du bist ein begeisternder Security Consulting Profi und erfahren in der Führung von Consulting Teams. Zudem hast du die Fähigkeit, schnell wachsende Geschäftsbereiche und Teams weiterzuentwickeln. Du bringst Seniorität und Führungskompetenz mit, bist gerne bei Kunden präsent und steuerst Top-Deals aktiv mit. Ebenfalls bist du Teil des Cyber Security Management Teams von Swisscom B2B.

**Dein Profil**
- Abschluss (ETH/Uni/FH) in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von (Security) Consulting Teams
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheitsarchitekturen, Risikomanagement und Konzeptionierung
- Know-how in aktuellen Trends und Taktiken zu Cyberangriffen und gängigen Sicherheitsstandards (ISO 27001/27002), IT-Grundschutz und NIST
- Zertifizierungen im Bereich Cyber Security
- Motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit aus dem Beratungsgeschäft mit Fähigkeit rasch wachsende Geschäftsbereiche weiterzuentwickeln
- Sehr kundenorientiert, gewinnendes Auftreten sowie fähig, aktiv zuzuhören
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
- Fähig, Sachverhalte zu durchdringen und zu strukturieren
- Eigeninitiativ, zuverlässig und neugierig
