As Venues Director, you will report directly to the B&F Manager and play a vital role in the success of the first W Hotel in Switzerland
You will be in charge of the hotel's various outlets, such as our signature restaurant Bô, the Eat-Holà Tapas, U-Yama, breakfast, banqueting service, as well as the Mixbar with In-room-dining.

Your main tasks will be to pay close attention to detail and to offer the best possible experience to our customers, while ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that everyone is satisfied. You will be the point person for the quality, cleanliness and promotion of the various catering outlets within the W.
You will work closely with our talent coaches (supervisors and managers) to ensure that everything is under control. To do this, you'll be on the floor most of the time.
You'll become a quality inspector. Checking food and drink standards, ensuring cleanliness and safety regulations are met and advising on improvements.
Always thinking about measures to save costs and improve profits. In addition, you will ensure that our stock levels are always in order.
Standards, procedures and norms will be your hobby You'll develop, implement and review them to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll support the B&F Manager in achieving monthly food and beverage cost targets. It's all about keeping the budget in balance.
