**Job Title**: QC Associate Scientist
**Work Location**: Neuchatel (Hybrid working, 2 days remote)
**Country**: Switzerland
**Duration**: Till December 2025
**Rate**: Up to CHF51 per hour (8 hours per day/40 hours p/week) depending on experience
**Your main duties as an QC Associate Scientist will include**:

- Managing the life cycle management activities of analytical assays performed in the QC Laboratories.
- Supporting daily QC activities following cGMP, company policies and EHS requirements.
- Authoring transfer protocols and reports for assays.

**Additional duties will include**:

- Overseeing validation and qualification activities executed by analysts, provide training and support.
- Investigating and troubleshooting problems which occur to determine solutions or recommendations for improvements or change.

**Your Background**:

- University or Engineering degree in analytical chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiological.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in GMP pharma business activities, preferably in the scope of recombinant therapeutic product in pharmaceutical environment.

**Language requirements**:
Fluent French and English ability - C1 written and verbal.
