Controller Emea

Join ANH as EMEA Controller, ~€1Bn revenue. Together with the Region VP, this finance leader will be a true business partner and help develop the strategy and strategic plan of the region. They will together drive the business and will develop and adopt initiative to deliver Organic Sales Growth and EBITDA growth. Role will report & support ANH Finance Head and will be a member of ANH Finance Leadership Team (LT) as well as of the EMEA LT.

**Key responsibilities**
- Define the financial policy, direction and plan for ANH EMEA
- Steer and control the execution by managing and controlling the financial and accounting process.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Work closely with Global Team and Oper. Units in the region
- Implement strategic performance measurement
- Judge all major projects (CAPEX, restructuring) on their financial soundness and accordance to the approved strategy and challenge the responsible business management.

**You bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (master degree additional plus)
- 10+ experience in a senior finance role
- Leadership Capabilities: Driving results; Leading change; Collaborating and influencing
- Advanced analytical skills
- Fluent in English (German & French additional plus)
- Has build, managed and developed teams (+5FTEs)
