Green Energy Venture, part of the OE-EN Group, is an engineering, advisory, and field services company operating along the renewable energy value chain. We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over two decades. Our fields of expertise are engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies. We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects - from their development to grid connection along our core competencies.

Tasks
- Operational Leadership: Lead, manage, and optimize all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations, including but not limited to finance, human resources, IT, facilities, and administration
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategies that support the company's growth and long-term vision.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and employee productivity.
- Talent Development: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Technology Integration: Lead the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions to enhance operations and support business growth.
**Requirements**:
- Completed master’s degree, doctor or comparable qualification in the field of business administration or engineering
- A decisive personality, with proven management skills. You are used to structuring of packages and processes, further able to empower and support your project stakeholders by clear and effective communication.
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English. Further language skills are an advantage.
- Professional experience in engineering, advisory or consultancy and the renewable energy industry
- High resilience, entrepreneurial spirit
- Capability and maturity to engage on C-level and senior leadership
- Well-structured, organized, and service-oriented way of working
