Pour notre département **Développement et Marketing** de Lausanne, nous recherchons un/une:
**Responsable Service Data Warehouse (f/h)**:
Le/La responsable du service Data Warehouse a pour mission principale de gérer les flux de données, de la collecte à la mise à disposition des modèles d’analyse de données, et de garan-tir leur qualité.

**Vos challenges**:

- Définir les lignes directrices et la roadmap du service Data Warehouse en alignement avec la stratégie de l’entreprise
- Piloter un portefeuille de demandes métiers et définir les priorités
- Piloter le plan de charge de l’équipe et gérer la planification des tâches
- Accompagner les métiers, et plus particulièrement les Data Analysts, dans la formulation de leurs de-mandes et dans l’exploitation de leurs données
- Participer activement aux tâches de l’équipe, comme l’analyse des demandes, la modélisation du DWH, le développement Backend/Frontend et la gestion de l’exploitation et des déploiements
- Initier des projets de Data Science au sein de l’entreprise
- Participer à la mise en place de la Gouvernance de Données au sein de l’entreprise

**Vos talents**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou d’une école supérieure spécialisée dans le domaine de la Data
- Bonnes connaissances du cycle de vie de la donnée et de l’architecture DWH
- Connaissance du monde de l’assurance maladie (fort atout)
- Expérience dans la gestion d’équipe et dans le domaine de la Data
- Compétences techniques dans les domaines suivants : systèmes de gestion de bases de données (SQL Server ou autres), langages SQL et T-SQL, outil de reporting/visualisation (Tableau ou autres), outils ETL (SSIS ou autres), outils de versionning et de déploiement continu (GIT, Azure DevOps)
- A l’aise avec les concepts de l’agilité
- De langue maternelle française, des connaissances de l’allemand et de l’anglais seraient un atout
