**Responsabilités**
Le Talent Acquisition Intern soutient l’activité opérationnelle de recrutement lors de certaines étapes clés du process. Il est aussi actif dans la stratégie d’acquisition des talents, notamment dans le support au projet de création de Relations Ecoles solides et pérennes. Avec un niveau d’anglais suffisant, le Talent Acquisition Intern devra aussi participer à des projets globaux en lien avec l’activité du Talent Acquisition Manager et la stratégie Talent Acquisition Group.
Le Talent Acquisition Intern sera formé sur l’exercice du recrutement et plus spécifiquement sur les tâches qui lui incomberont. Sa prise d’expérience sur les premières semaines/mois donnera lieu à une évolution de ses responsabilités en fonction de sa progression et de ses capacités.
- Rédaction et publication d’offres d’emplois ;
- Gestion du cycle de vie de l’offre d’emploi (contenu, temps de publication, refresh, etc.) ;
- Pré-screening de CVs reçus ;
- Participation à l’organisation de séances d’information aux écoles ciblées (Techniques, Ing., Généralistes, EPFL/ETH, Hautes Ecoles) ;
- Coordination et gestion de projets Talent Acquisition.
**Profil et compétences**
- Au bénéfice d’un Bachelor ou Master en Ressources Humaines/Psychologie du travail ou diplôme jugé équivalent ;
- Français, Anglais (minimum B2), autre langue un atout ;
- Personne organisée, méthodique, attentive au bon fonctionnement d’une organisation ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et faisant preuve de proactivité ;
- Excellent entregent, à l’aise pour travailler avec différents interlocuteurs, différentes cultures ;
- Connaissance d’MS Office 365 (Excel, Power Point).
