Für unsere IT-Fachabteilung "Application Management" suchen wir einen erfahrenen Data Analyst mit Flair für Service
- & Applikationsmanagement für die Betreuung unseres Input Managements und dessen Monitoring. Bewirb dich jetzt und werde Teil des SWICA Application Management Teams

**Spannende Aufgaben**:

- Aufbau und Mitgestaltung des Monitorings des gesamten Input Managements in unserem Data Mesh
- Erstellen von Analysen und Reportings, sowie Interpretation und Herleitung von Verbesserungsideen für das Input Managements
- Mitarbeit in der Sicherstellung des einwandfreien operativen Applikationsbetriebs, Technologie-LifeCycle, der technischen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen im Input Management
- Freude am Austausch und Kollaboration mit den Fachbereichen in technischen & applikationsspezifischen Fragen
- Selbständige Analyse von Defects und lncidents (2nd level) und Umsetzungsverantwortung für die Fehlerbehebung
- Begleiten der Service
- und Produktweiterentwicklungen im Input Management, Koordination und Konsolidierung der Anforderungen und Change Requests sowie Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Überführung ins produktive Umfeld
- Konzeptionelle und organisatorische Begleitung unserer externen Entwicklungspartner und Sicherstellung der Compliance & Security der eingesetzten Services

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Vorzugsweise Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Applikationsumfeld, Softwareentwicklung oder Datenanalyse
- Gutes Verständnis für moderne Schnittstellen-Technologien, Flair für technische Fragestellungen und Freude an agile Arbeitsformen (Scrum)
- Bereitschaft neben der Datenanalyse die (Teil-)Verantwortung von Applikationen zu übernehmen
- Hohes Mass an Kundenorientierung sowie selbstorganisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Dynamische und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Umgang mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen und Zielgruppen
- Erfahrung im Input Management oder Versicherungen sind ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss
