**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute trading strategies across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Monitor market trends, news, and developments to identify trading opportunities.
- Analyze price movements, order book dynamics, and trading volumes to inform decision-making.
- Manage trading positions, risk exposure, and portfolio performance effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative trading algorithms and strategies.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to enhance trading infrastructure and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in cryptocurrency markets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Crypto Trader or similar role in financial markets.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and order types.
- Proficiency in technical analysis, charting tools, and trading indicators.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and trading best practices.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) is desirable.
