For our biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility, we are currently looking for students and young graduates who would like to do a traineeship in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities:

- Support operational manufacturing activities with investigations, troubleshooting and process improvements
- Perform data collection and statistical analysis
- Plan and execute manufacturing study protocols and write reports
- Review and translate standard operation procedures
- Evaluate new process technologies and its implementation

Key requirements:

- Team player attitude and willingness to learn
- University degree with natural sciences background
- Interested in hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Drive for results and problem-solving oriented personality
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of documentation and data analysis tools is a plus
- Fluent in English. German is an advantage
- Passionate about seeking a career in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
