For a middle size digital Bank located in Geneva, we are looking for a

**Chief Financial Officer
**The Role
- Supervising and managing a team of 6 people in charge of:
- Supplier invoices, payroll, general accounting, and closings of entities in Switzerland
- Controlling and management reporting of the Bank’s expenses and revenues
- Determining sales bonuses and commissions
- Controlling and management reporting of the business lines
- Direct and indirect taxation
- Regulatory reporting
- Ensuring functional management of the financial resources of internal and external subsidiaries
- Overseeing accounting consolidation and consolidated reporting of the Group’s accounts
- Responsible for accounting and financial reporting to the authorities as well as to Management and the Board of Directors
- Overseeing statistics and regulatory reporting to the SNB and FINMA
- Preparing budgets with the department and subsidiary heads; monitoring budgets
- Implementing procedures and internal controls
- Implementation and optimization of accounting tools (Fire, Abacus, T24)
- Reviewing tax issues
- Participating in Bank projects
- Carrying out due diligence for the Group’s acquisition plans
- Monitoring the share ownership of Group entities
- Member of the Executive Committee
- Member of the Pension Fund Board
- Participation in the Audit and Risk Committee

**The Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role at a bank
- Very good knowledge of FINMA ordinances and circulars
- University level or equivalent qualification
- Accounting expertise
- Very good knowledge of financial products
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Good managerial abilities and priority management
- Detail-oriented, good organisational skills, reliability, meeting deadlines
- Flexibility (travel, investment, new projects)
- Smart appearance
- Languages: French - English
- Good knowledge of office tools
- Swiss domiciliation
