We are looking for practitioners that have experience or are pedagogically aligned to the IB approach. We are looking for teachers with a professional commitment to a student-initiated, inquiry-led approach to teaching and learning.

**We are seeking teachers who**:

- Are a qualified primary years teacher with a minimum of three years teaching experience and, as a minimum, a bachelor’s degree
- Have significant experience and expertise in teaching in the primary phase including a specialism in Early Years
- Are willing to go the extra mile to design and deliver engaging learning experiences
- Promote a well organised, inspiring and inquiry-led learning environment
- Offer enthusiasm and demonstrates a positive, empathetic approach to students, colleagues and the wider community
- Are internationally-minded and committed to the IB philosophy and approach
- Are comfortable integrating technology into teaching and learning for improved student outcomes
- Are committed to continual improvement
- Engage with, and contribute to, the full life of the school
