The primary motivator for this role is to support their Graphic Design team, particularly in the production of financial reports. While these tasks require a structured and meticulous approach rather than creative flair, they also offer opportunities to contribute to more creative projects depending on workload distribution. This role demands a highly organized individual who thrives on detailed work and also enjoys occasional creative challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Start the day with workload meetings to assess ongoing projects and team capacity.
- Manage incoming projects, such as financial reports, creative campaigns, and social media assets.
- Engage directly with clients to define project scopes, timelines, and requirements.
- Ensure personalized and responsive service for clients.
- Work autonomously while having access to a supportive team environment.
- Encourage collaboration and feedback throughout the project process.
