Wirke mit bei der Beratung von internationalen Kunden in sämtlichen aufenthaltsrechtlichen Belangen sowie bei der Bearbeitung von „Immigration Cases“ mit direktem Kundenkontakt
Erstelle Gesuche um Arbeits
- und Aufenthaltsbewilligungen, Beantworte Rückfragen und führe Abklärungen durch
Arbeite täglich mit interner und externer Kundschaft sowie Kolleg*innen des globalen Netzwerks zusammen
Berate unsere internationale Kundschaft bei komplexen aufenthaltsrechtlichen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit globaler Mobilität, wie z.B. Familiennachzug, Auslandeinsätze etc.
Hilf mit bei der steten Weiterentwicklung von Bearbeitungsprozessen, Musterkorrespondenz und -dokumenten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie beim Unterhalten der Know-how Sammlung
Deshalb bist du erfolgreich
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, Berufsmatura oder Bachelor von Vorteil
Idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Global Mobility Umfeld, beispielsweise als Immigration Consultant, Relocation Agent oder Global Mobility Expert
Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, gute Französisch
- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Freude an direktem und selbständigem mit Kunden und Behörden
Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie belastbare und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit einem strukturierten, qualitätsorientierten und selbständigen Arbeitsstil
Keine Berührungsängste gegenüber verwandten arbeits-, sozialversicherungs
- und steuerrechtlichen Themen und modernen Technologien
