We are looking for highly motivated International Accountant/Controller with responsibility for the timely and accurate reporting of Schneider’s international businesses located in the US, UK, DE and AT.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise the monthly reporting process, including route / customer analysis, the timely recording of accruals, customer ageing lists, recording of deprecation / lease charges, reconciliations, etc.;
- Regular interact with the accountants of Schneider’s international businesses in order to resolve upcoming queries and discuss potential issues arising from the monthly results
- Support the CFO in various accounting projects and accounting process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and intra year reforecasting process
- Assist the CFO / accounting department with the preparation of statutory accounts and during the audit process
- Review local filings including VAT, customs and other country specific statistical reporting prepared by the local entities
- Drive the onboarding / integration of newly acquired businesses onto the group’s accounting ERP system, including coaching and support of local accountants Continuously supporting the CFO with ad-hoc analysis / tasks

**Education, experience and skillset**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Good communication skills, with strong social and teamwork skills
- Exact and well-structured working attitude
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work under time pressure.
- Fluency in German and English is required, French is considered as an additional asset Experienced with Excel, knowledge with Diamant, Descartes, Jedox are considered as an additional asset
