International Pv Business Process Leader

Hobson Prior are seeking for an International PV Business Process Leader to join a brilliant biotech corporation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on offering life-changing treatments for various diseases.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will direct and/or participate in the PV improvement efforts, PV initiatives and projects while cooperating with IPV Community Heads, CCLs, and international process owners.
- Include a suitable set of associates in international PV process design, development and upkeep.
- You will serve as a main point of contact between the affiliate and headquarter for PV pertinent communications.
- Guarantee adequate contributions from a suitable set of associate personnel throughout the design phase of international procedures as well as the process communication and training meets the associate requirements.
- When suitable, you will identify and raise matters affecting international PV procedures or possibly affecting various associates.
- Any other assigned duties.

- Capable of making decisions with the ability to collaborate within cross functional and matrix teams.
- Inspiring, deliberation, social and communication skills both verbally and in writing.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to an advanced degree level in a healthcare, life science or natural science discipline, or experience in pertinent work.
- At least 8+ years of experience in PV, clinical research, development, drug safety, quality science or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in an affiliate PV role or an international role oriented around affiliate assistance.
- Comprehension of international and affiliate PV procedures, which involves safety affiliate roles.
- Familiarity with process design and process-level oversight.
- Knowledge of PV, GVP, ICH-GCP and any other pertinent standards or regulations.
- Experienced with medical and safety features such as FDA, EMEA, NICE and any other pertinent guidelines.
- A qualification/certification in project management tactics and/or change management.
- Past involvement in local and/or headquarter roles would be ideal, particularly PV operational know-how and comprehension of risk management.
- Familiarity with working in project works with health authorities.
