Key Responsibilities
- Initiates the design, development, execution and implementation of technology research projects.
- Plans and executes applied research.
- Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories, and may contribute to scientific literature and conferences.
- May coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.
- May assist with writing scientific manuscripts.

**Qualifications**:

- Works well in teams.
- Able to articulately document and report results of work.
- Experience Level with Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
