- Individualized Learning Provision at ZIS provides support to learners with intensive needs across our Lower, Middle and Upper Schools, with ILP teachers operating as a school wide team. The school is seeking a qualified, experienced and committed teacher to work across both our Lower and Middle School divisions.***

- Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the area of Special Educational Needs and/or English as an Additional Language, working with children with a range of learning needs and disabilities across either primary and /or secondary school. Experience of working with children with more significant learning needs and with emotional/ behavioral challenges would be an advantage.***

- A Master’s Degree (or equivalent certification) in Special Education and a valid special education teaching credential****:

- A commitment to providing high quality education for children with significant challenges****:

- At least three years experience working in mainstream or special schools with students who have additional significant learning needs****:

- Experience with common educational assessments for the purpose of assessing student competency levels and/or developing individual learning plans****:

- Experience delivering a variety of literacy and numeracy interventions****:

- Confidence with assistive technologies and using 1:1 devices****:

- Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals in order to support student inclusion****:

- German language skills would be a great advantage
