Strategic Buyer Resourcing

**Les missions**:

- You are responsible for the support of components during development up to series introduction (pre-series up to initial sample release)
- You will be responsible for tracking forwardsourcing and supporting the APQP process
- You will conduct price negotiations for prototypes and series conditions as well as the procurement of prototypes and initial sample parts
- You are responsible for the implementation of the strategy per material group with the commodity buyers and supplier quality managers as well as the development department
- You carry out the analysis of purchasing products and benchmarks for product portfolios
- You support supplier audits and potential analyses according to VDA 6.3 as well as Make or Buy activities and carry out the further development of existing suppliers together with Supplier Quality Management
- You are responsible for the establishment and development of strategic new suppliers and the simultaneous phase-out of defined suppliers with a focus on BCC
- You participate in project meetings on component relocations and work closely with Value Engineering and Supplier Quality Management

**Profil**:

- You have a degree as a technician or master craftsman (M/F/d) in a metal profession or have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
- You have several years of experience in the purchasing department of an industrial company (mechanical engineering) in an international environment
- You ideally have experience in the areas of hydraulics and/or drive technology and have a good understanding of complex series production processes
- You have very good German and English language skills, French language skills are an advantage
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong intercultural competence
- Your personality is characterised by initiative, commitment and flexibility as well as the ability to work in a team
