**About the role**
Join our existing Corporate Accounting Team as **Accounting & Finance Manager**.
You will directly interact with various stakeholders such as the team leads, our subsidiaries and business verticals as well as our CFO.
As a financial specialist you are the allrounder in our accounting department and provide conceptual work, take over the responsibility for various ad-hoc projects and support our Team Leads.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Lead post-merger integration topics including but not limited to process stabilization, documentation and improvement for key processes «sales order to cash» and «purchase to pay»
- Implementation of adequate KPI dashboards for the different functions (AR, AP, GL and Payroll)
- Be the sparring partner for «Finance & HR Systems» to improve our ERP system
- Evaluate, design and implement a treasury function for the SMG Group
- Establish group-wide tax compliance for direct taxes mainly in the area of transfer pricing
- Active support on activities for the planned IPO
- Lead the accounting stream in M&A transactions and internal restructurings
**Qualifications**:
If you are curious to learn new things and have an optimistic basic charisma with a «can-do mentality» an important element is already fulfilled. In addition, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Project management experience
- Solid accounting knowledge under IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER; consolidation and payroll experience as an advantage
- Process design and improvement know-how including Internal Control System
- Basic tax know-how especially in the area of transfer pricing
- open-minded, communicative person and agile in collaboration with different stakeholders
- curious, versatile and very flexible regarding tasks and areas of responsibility
- hands-on, supportive and ready to step up in an agile environment
- successfully completed studies in accounting & finance with continuous education and experience in Accounting such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Expert in Finance & Controlling
- Fluent in German and English
