Service Technician

Job location: Effretikon (Canton of Zurich)

Responsibilities:

- On-site work at customer locations, handling smaller nurse-call and carephone projects independently.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and commissioning on innovative systems.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and written communication.
- Offer professional technical support in the after-sales phase.
- Contribute to a forward-looking company and foster creativity and camaraderie.

- Qualifications: Completed training as an **Automation Engineer, Electrician, or equivalent.**:

- Blend of sales and service technician experience, adept at engaging and satisfying customers.
- Possess a positive and independent work attitude, comfortable with customer interactions.
- Proficiency in ICT, particularly in MS Office and building technology network and bus systems.
- ** Knowledge of telecommunication products (ICT)**.
- Team-oriented, resilient, flexible, and dependable.
- Good communication in German and English
- Willingness to travel within German speaking part of Switzerland (day trips to customers - there will be no overnight stay)
- Valid driver's license.
- Home-Office possibilities: 1 or 2 days per week
