**Responsibilities**:

- Translate business needs into technical solutions for customers (Best practice/Apps/ERP Connections)
- Act as the go-to person for resolving major technical problems quickly.
- Guide, support, and mentor developers to follow best practices and deliver quality work.
- Research, recommend, and manage third-party apps or integrations for better functionality.
- Report directly to the Head of Shopify
- Act as the right hand of the department lead, take over responsibilities when absence
- Supporting in creating client offers and individually creating client offers
- Upselling effort to existing clients
- Individually handle client projects
- Knowledge of other ecommerce systems, such as WooCommerce, Shopware or even Magento or Prestashop
- A consultant who can talk to clients about solution definition, but also do some of the work
- At least 5 years of ecommerce experience
- Fluent in German
- Be close to Switzerland
