**E-Commerce Trainee**

We are operating the B2B and B2C platform for several brands in different countries. As an e-commerce trainee you will mainly support the B2C operations and customer service team in various areas of the day-to-day business. This gives you the chance to have an exciting insight into the various aspects of e-commerce.

**Tasks**:

- Support the B2C team in various areas of the daily business
- Extracting and preparing data from our different tools and SAP
- Prepare reports and analyse sales data
- Support planning, forecasting and the launch of new products
- Provide end customer support by answering tickets and phone calls when needed as back-up
- Complete end customer order related checks and tasks in SAP and SAP Commerce (Hybris) on a daily basis
- Supports the team with other projects

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge in German (any additional Language is an advantage)
- First work experience ideally with online background
- Technical understanding
- Strong analytical and MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Interests in sports
- Strong communication / interaction skills (team player)
