- Establish the erection plan for the relevant project so that it can be executed to the satisfaction of the customer, taking HSE, quality, time, and cost into account
- Resource planning (resources in coordination with project manager and HSMIC)
- Support the site personnel to achieve the work package objectives
- Develop and implement concepts for erection (sequence, appointments, and coordination with other parties)
- Specify and procure installation package and tools in cooperation with the Site Manager
- Source third party personnel for the site and conclude the contract (purchase order)

**Your experiences**:

- Knowledge and experience of plant erection, preferably of large industrial plants
- Experience of site management and erection planning, using the relevant tools
- Experience of inter-disciplinary work on a project
- Good market and product knowledge
- Valid SCC training certificate (security certification for Contractors)
- Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages an advantage
