**Position**:
LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics unites various cosmetics brands in Switzerland under the umbrella of the LVMH Group. Whether it's Christian Dior, Guerlain, Acqua di Parma, Givenchy or Kenzo perfumes, our brands have long histories of tradition and exceptional savoir-faire. As a local HR team, we take care of all HR matters for our employees of these brands in both countries Switzerland and Austria.

**Starting immediately or by agreement for 12 months in Zurich**

**What you can expect**:
Join our proactive HR team as an HR Digitalization Intern. In this role, you'll support the digitalization of HR documents, assist in maintaining the accuracy of employee profiles, and help streamline HR processes such as onboarding and preboarding for employees and managers across various cosmetics brands in Switzerland and Austria. As an invaluable supporting member of the HR team, you help ensure that important projects are initiated and driven forward internally.

**Your role**:

- Responsible for the development and execution of a new digital document management and storage process
- Help create and enforce documentation design, review-, and storage guidelines
- Manage the accuracy and completion of employee profiles in HRIS
- Create new profiles for unregistered retail employees in Switzerland and Austria
- Assist in optimizing HR-cycle processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency in onboarding and preboarding
- Support in executing various local and global HR projects

- First experience with digital HR systems and operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in German and English is required, French is a strong plus
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
