**Votre mission**
Marketing

? Coordination et suivi administratif du département marketing
- Saisi et suivi des devis/engagements dans SAP
- Gestion des factures
- Diverses refacturations auprès des marchés Social Media (évènements, Social Media, etc.)
- Validation des factures dans SAP + classement sur le serveur
- Suivi avec les départements Finances & Controlling
- Délimitations pour bouclement de fin d'année

? Etablissement des formulaires budget Marketing selon chiffres donnés

? Création nouveaux fournisseurs (demander informations au fournisseur en remplissant un formulaire et transférer les documents à la comptabilité)

? Divers envois pour le département mktg (DHL et FEDEX)

? Gestion mailbox (répondre et transférer les demandes)

? Aide à la gestion du musée avec la personne responsable

Merchandising

? Gestion de toutes les commandes et Forecast des marchés

? Gestion et suivi de tous les envois merchandising (import/export) et POS mat avec l’Order Service

? Support au développement de nouveaux gifts, matériel publicitaire ou de

réapprovisionnement

? Saisie commandes de réapprovisionnement + new POS mat

? Coordination des commandes fournisseurs (réappro + new POS mat)

? Suivi du stock POS mat (analyse stock, réapprovisionnements, demande entrée marchandise)

? Inventaire et contrôle certifications fournisseurs (FSC, certificats d’origine )

? Mise à jour des fichiers fournisseurs

? Gestion stock marketing MIDO International

? Demande création référence pour nouveaux articles (ajouter prix + statut dès création et contrôle origines, si différent fournisseur)

**Votre profil**

Profile
? CFC employé(e) de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente avec une expérience dans le
domaine du marketing et/ou merchandising
? Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de front
? Très bon sens de l’esthétisme et haute exigence qualité
? Expérience dans le domaine de l’horlogerie ou du luxe : un atout
? Langues: français et anglais excellent (écrit et oral)
