INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for Direct To Consumer Intern to join Timberland within VF EMEA Internship Program.

**KEY INTERNSHIP INFO**:
**Start date**: October 1st 2024.

For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.

We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period

**WHAT YOU WILL LEARN**:
Interpret sales data, customer metrics, and performance indicators.

Be open to learning new tools and processes.

Interact with different departments (finance, operations, marketing) and understand how they contribute to the overall retail ecosystem.

Familiarize yourself with retail technologies (POS systems, CRM tools, sales analysis tools).

Learning time management and prioritization.

Learn how to communicate effectively across teams.

How to analyze situations critically and propose practical remedies.

Learn to communicate effectively across teams.

Develop project management skills by setting milestones, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.

Understand how to draw actionable insights from data to improve decision-making.

Support EMEA Path of Service Coordinator in managing Path of Service program in EMEA

Participate and help in planning annual meetings (global stewards meetings, GTM service events, Brand meeting etc)

Deliver quarterly service reports

Manage internal communication to engage employees and external business partners in service activities (i.e. Path of service monthly newsletter, celebration of 40 hours club)

Represent Timberland in internal events acting as a CSR and service champion

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you have already graduated before in 2024 - it’s a must.

You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.

You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.

First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
