Production Operator

Proclinical AG is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as an **Production Operator**. This is a **12 Month Contract **with the possibility to extend.

**Responsibilities**:

- Machine and manual packaging of medications
- Setting up, releasing, operating, supervising, and adjusting packaging systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions
- Conducting material intake inspections
- Documenting packaging processes according to GMP
- Performing checks during the packaging process
- Cleaning operations on packaging equipment
- Adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality regulations

**Experience**:

- Technical basic training, machine operator and/or several years of professional experience
- Experience in production (preferably in packaging, food, or pharmaceuticals)
- Experience in handling technical equipment (setup, troubleshooting)
- Flexible, motivated, and proactive personality
- High level of commitment (willingness to work shifts and weekends)
- Quick comprehension
- Very good oral and written German skills (employees must be able to read and understand work instructions / min. B1 level)

**Job Types**: 100%, Temporary / Staffing
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: CHF30.00 - CHF40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
