Job description

Reporting to the Head of PR and liaising with local brand, marketing managers and internal contact persons at Rado HQ, the Marketing Assistant supports the Head of PR International in administrative tasks, data collection and reporting.

**General Communication Tasks**

**PR related Tasks**
- Assist in the creation of press releases (layout, QR codes, etc.)
- Coordinate the translation of the press releases and upload them to media pool
- Administrative coordination of submitting watches to design awards
- Manage the PR watch collection, sending of watches, monitoring their return and inventory
- Administrative handling of gift watches, create request forms, order & ship watches, update statistics

**Data Collection and Reporting**
- Collect PR Clippings from markets and prepare monthly report and analysis

**Other activities**
- Assist in the creation of POs
- Administrative support for the creation of the End consumer Catalogue

Profile
- Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Hands-on personality

Professional requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in marketing and/or similar field
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office

Languages
- Native French or German
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, other languages are an asset
