Für unseren Kunden in Zürich, suchen wir ab Juli 2024 eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Test Manager:in.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Aufbau und Implementierung eines effektiven Testmanagements, insbesondere im Rahmen der Softwareentwicklung
- Entwicklung von umfassenden Testkonzepten und -strategien, die den spezifischen Anforderungen des Unternehmens und des agilen SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Umfelds entsprechen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung, um die Testprozesse nahtlos in den Entwicklungszyklus zu integrieren und sicherzustellen, dass Qualität von Anfang an berücksichtigt wird
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Industriepraktiken und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Testplänen, Testskripten und Testfällen für verschiedene Softwareprodukte
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Identifizierung kritischer Bereiche für umfassende Testabdeckung
- Leitung und Koordination von Testaktivitäten, einschliesslich manueller und automatisierter Tests
- Bewertung und Implementierung von Testwerkzeugen, um die Effizienz und Wirksamkeit der Testprozesse zu verbessern
- Überwachung und Analyse von Testergebnissen, Identifizierung von Schwachstellen und Empfehlung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
- Einführung von Best Practices im Testmanagement und Förderung einer Qualitätskultur im gesamten Unternehmen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Testmanager:in
- Starke Erfahrung in der Koordination von manuellem E2E und Integrationstests, sowie im Bereich der Testautomatisierung
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Testmethoden und Testtechniken
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner in komplexen Testprojekten
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten (Workshops)
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
