Ihre Aufgaben

Personelle und fachliche Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche FI/CO, Facility Management sowie ICT/BAM. Dies beinhaltet im Einzelnen:

- alle Finanz
- und Controlling-Prozesse der Gesellschaft insbesondere bzgl. Reporting, Budgetierung, Forecasting, Liquiditätsplanung, Haupt
- und Nebenbücher
- Interne und externe Berichterstattung
- Monats-. Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER und HGB
- Entwicklung und Analyse von Kennzahlen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten
- Standortspezifische Optimierung von kaufmännischen Prozessen, Strukturen und Systemen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Headquarter
- Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebes des Standortes in Bezug auf die haustechnische Versorgung, Reinigung, Raumverwaltung/Raumunterhaltung sowie Objektsicherheit und Gebäudetechnik
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen system
- und infrastrukturseitigen Ablaufs (Hardware & Software) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Headquarter
- Begleitung von System-Integrationen und -Anpassungen (z.B. am ERP-System SAP S/4HANA
- Vertretung des Unternehmens bei Behörden, Banken und Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Fachbereiche

Sie verfügen über
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Führungsverantwortung im Produktionsumfeld
- Expertise im Konzernumfeld und fundierter Erfahrung in länderübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP
- Analytisches Denken, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Prozesse und organisatorische Abläufe
- Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Serviceorientierung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
