Description

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Inside Sales**:

- Inputs customer orders into EPICOR and updates customers on the status or their orders.
- Builds new and prospect accounts in Epicor database.
- Works closely with outside sales representatives.
- Coordinates customer orders with production, warehouse, and outside sales representatives.
- Tracks order and supplies customers with tracking number as needed.
- Quotes standard inventory and made to order inventory.
- Investigates and negotiates a resolution for customer problems (e.g., shipping delays, billing disputes, quality problems.)
- Match invoices to orders and tracking numbers to both.
- Creates bill of landing BOL for LTL shipments.

**Accounts receivables**:

- End of day billing/invoicing.
- Researches account details and resolves customer concerns
- Reconciles accounts and makes adjustments.
- Collaborates with Controller on functional activities, resources, and performance.
- Enters freight cost on each individual invoice.
- Assists with document retrieval for audits.
- Makes recommendations and credit decisions within approved credit authority.
- Processes credit card payments including all checks (invoice payments)
- Makes end of day bank deposits.

**Collections**:

- Gives close scrutiny to accounts 60, 90 or more days past due.
- Records each collection interaction into Customer Tracker log in EPICOR.

**Other**:

- Processes all incoming mail for the entire company, maintains filing/files system, clerical duties.
- Distributes mail to each individual person.
- Assists with Splice School, invoicing, collecting payment, and keeping track of which company has paid and collect to those who didn’t.

**REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFIC SKILLS**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or College degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
- 3+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, Collections with a broad variety of products and industries.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Has the ability to communicate their technical ideas in a clear manner, both visually and verbally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions to technical problems.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday **Salary**: $20-$22 per hour
