Your role
Bank J. Safra Sarasin continues to develop the strategic business with financial intermediaries such as External Asset Managers (EXAM). This exciting role provides an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to take an active part in further developing the Bank's position among EXAMs.
As a member of the Basel based External Asset Managers (EXAM) team you are responsible to service existing clients of the Bank and to establish and expand your own client base of EXAM clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Daily servicing of EXAMs and their end-clients (such as trading, administration, opening of accounts, KYC, etc.)
Development of existing EXAM clients of the bank
Acquisition of new EXAMs
Advising EXAMs on the Banks trading and product ideas
Participate in the strategic development of the bank's offering for EXAMs
**Profile**:
Completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education
Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Good communication skills
Strong customer service ethics
Attitude to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, and Avaloq (is an advantage)
Sense of responsibility, dynamism, initiative and flexibility
Fluent in German and English
