In dieser vielseitigen Position sind Sie für die strategische Planung, Koordination und das Monitoring aller Instandhaltungs
- und Umbauaktivitäten der Werks-/Produktions
- und Verwaltungsgebäude sowie der technischen Anlagen und Versorgungssysteme unserer Mandantin verantwortlich (Div. Standorte Schweiz). Dabei führen Sie diverse Teams/Teamleiter und Fachspezialisten (z.B. Technical FM, Gebäudtechnik PM, Werkstatt, Facility Services), Total ca. 15 Personen, plus externe Dienstleister. Sie erstellen die strategische Instandhaltungsplanung (inkl. Budgetverantwortung), planen den Produktlebens
- sowie Wartungszyklus der Gebäude und Anlagen und leiten/koordinieren An-/Umbau
- sowie Sanierungsprojekte. Weiter sind Sie für die Betriebssicherheit verantwortlich und übernehmen den Lead betreffend alle gebäudetechnischen Verträge (z.B. Wartung, Reinigung, Umbauten etc.). Sie earbeiten/optimieren Gebäudebetriebskonzepte, Koordinieren Lieferanten sowie externe Dienstleister und tragen die Fach
- und Budgetverantwortung für alle Gebäude, Facilities, Anlagen und Einrichtungen im Umfeld des Produktions
- und Verwaltungsbetriebs für diverste Standorte des Unternehmens. Die Leitung in diversen Projekten (z.B. Optimierung interner Prozesse, Zusammenarbeit mit Global HQ sowie EMEA) gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem vielseitigen Tätigkeitsbereich. Um in dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe erfolgreich zu sein, bringen Sie ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektro
- oder Gebäudetechnik, resp. eines ähnlichen relevanten Fachbereichs mit, welches Sie ev. mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung ergänzt haben. Zudem können Sie auf langjährige Berufspraxis in einer ähnlichen Führungs-Position im technischen Facility Management von Gebäuden und Produktionsanlagen zurückgreifen (produzierende, Technische Industrie - ev. hochreguliertes Umfeld mit Reinnraumproduktion). Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik (z.B. Elektroinstallationen, HLK, Feuermeldeanlagen etc.) und bringen bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung/Koordination von Aus
