**Your field of responsibility**

Join us as a Staff on call in the Coordination and Execution Team, within Market Conduct Surveillance (MCS). MCS is responsible for mitigating the risk of market misconduct and internal fraud occurring within the firm by detecting, investigating, and escalating behaviors of the Bank’s employees and customers. Review any potential breaching of internal or external rules and regulations or accepted standards, which might cause reputational and/ or financial damage to the Bank. In this position you will provide support which requires working in a dynamic and high-profile environment with experienced skills.

Your responsibilities include providing support in the following fields:

- Organizational governance and supervisory controls
- Projects/transformation/ BAU change within the MCS remit
- The bank-wide various Risk Assessment processes as well as continuously monitoring MCS coverage gaps.
- Weekly and monthly reporting of alerts disposition, ageing and escalations
- Internal and external examinations or enquiries
- Managing the STR escalation forum
- Data repositories maintenance

**Your skills and experience**

We are looking for:

- A dynamic individual capable of operating in a fast-paced and challenging environment with proven experience, preferable in a financial institution
- Very good Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and oral language skills in at least English and German
- Accuracy and high level of attention to detail in every aspect of work
- Positive attitude, well-developed work ethics and integrity
- Pro-active approach with the proven ability to find opportunities and develop new ideas that will lead to improvements
