Mission Générale

Le Coordinateur Pièces Exceptionnelles (PEX) Supply Chain s’occupe de l’approvisionnement et du suivi des fournisseurs de la Cellule PEX. Il s’occupe en outre du suivi des PRI (prix de revient industriel) de ces pièces. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Supply Chain Pièces Exceptionnelles, il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les services Achats et Finance.

Principales activités
- Suivi des boitiers Pièces Exceptionnelles:

- Gestion des boites par taille de lot
- Demandes d’offres
- Commandes des boites selon les besoins et selon stock sécurité
- Suivi des portefeuilles
- Calcul des besoins
- Commandes et suivi des diamants ;
- Demandes d’offres et commandes des pierres de couleurs ;
- Etablissement des plannings de charge/livraison des sertisseurs ;
- Saisie des offres de prix dans l’ERP ;
- Calcul des PRI des nouveautés dans Excel ;
- Calcul et suivi des PRI des nouveautés dans l’ERP ;
- Support au département Finance pour les clôtures périodiques ;
- Support à la mise à jour annuelle du PRI des références existantes dans l’ERP ;
- Mise en place du budget d’achats Pièces Exceptionnelles et suivi ;
- Formation d’Ingénieur ou formation supérieure équivalente avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain ;
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle réussie, idéalement dans l’horlogerie ;
- Fort attrait pour les chiffres ;
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et esprit analytique ;
- Autonomie, réactivité et prise d’initiative ;
- Esprit d’équipe, flexibilité et qualités relationnelles ;
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques :ERP indispensable, Excel (niveau avancé) ;
- Langue : français courant
