**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Definiere und steuere die finanzielle Performance der sich im Aufbau befindlichen JC New Retail, dem Competence-Center im Bereich Digital/IT, Marketing und Strategischer Einkauf für die Peek & Cloppenburg Gruppe
- Etabliere und verantworte das Kosten-Controlling, Budgetierung, die Investitions
- und Liquiditätsplanung, Business Intelligence sowie Leistungsverrechnung der JC New Retail
- Agiere als Bindeglied zu den zentralen Finanz
- und Controlling-Abteilungen innerhalb der Peek & Cloppenburg Gruppe
- Leite bereichsübergreifende Projekte und erarbeite Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Unternehmensleitung und unterstütze die finanzielle Steuerung der gesamten Peek & Cloppenburg Gruppe
- In erweiterter Verantwortung unterstütze die Geschäftsleitung bei der Sicherstellung einer funktionierenden Betriebsorganisation, koordiniere externe Service Providers und etabliere, orchestriere interne Prozesse

**Dein Profil**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Uni/FH)
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling
- Erfahrung in Marketing-, IT- und Projekt-Controlling, Branchenerfahrung im Retail von Vorteil
- Hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute Kenntnisse von SAP FI/CO, Excel und PowerPoint als Voraussetzung
- Team-Player und selbstständige und initiative Persönlichkeit mit hervorragenden kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Can-do-Attitude, sehr hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches, konzeptionelles und gesamtunternehmerisches Denkvermögen
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
