Your role
As Account Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are assisting to CRMs and Account Manager for off-shore colleagues and actively support them.
**Responsibilities**:
Support colleagues off-shore in the operation of their shared Swiss booked accounts
Deal with clients (order and trades)
Administrative tasks for the Booking Center such as Payments, Liquidity management, listings, reportings etc.
**Profile**:
University degree in Finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
4 years of practical experience in a similar position or as CRM Assistant
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to weight problems and set priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as ability to work with various stakeholder
Capability to work independently and hands-on mentality
Fluency in English
