Responsabilités
- Respecter le planning
- Emettre des idées en vue d’améliorer les procédés de fabrication
- Travailler de façon à diminuer les rejets, le temps de cycle et suivre les bonnes pratiques de fabrication
- Contrôle des documents et saisie des données dans le système ERP
- Optimiser les NR (auto-contrôle du travail effectué)
- Expérience du travail fin et minutieux
- Lire et interpréter les dessins techniques et procédures
- Utilisation des outils Office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Personne rapide, consciencieuse, calme, ayant de l’habilité, de la minutie, de la patience et pouvant s’acquitter de tâches variées
- Pédagogue, Autonome, flexible et adaptable.

Compétences requises
- Travailler en production, participer aux validations
- Respecter le règlement d’entreprise, les règles HSE, ainsi que les normes qualité
- Promouvoir un climat de travail positif par une attitude et une communication constructive en respectant les comportements et les valeurs Integra
