Tasks
- Create a typology of feminist theories and masculinities studies that will be the theoretical backbone of the entire project
- Deliver Switzerland-based data for consortium members and analyse Swiss case study with different qualitative methods
- Engage stakeholders (citizens and policymakers), conduct co-creation workshops and contribute to formulating policy recommendations
- Disseminate findings in peer-reviewed journals and in conferences
- Collaborate closely with team colleagues at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Gender Studies
- Draft literature reviews

**Requirements**:

- PhD in Political Science, Gender Studies or Sociology or adjacent field that was not obtained longer than two years ago
- Strong background in feminist theory with the ability to translate this theoretical knowledge into an operationalizable typology
- Expertise in party politics and/or rightwing populism with understanding of the Swiss political landscape
- Experience with focus groups, qualitative coding, and descriptive analysis of datasets as methods, previous experience with formulating policy recommendations and citizen science (co-creation workshops) would be an asset
- Knowledge of or interest in rightwing populist parties' use of social media
- Ability to work in a team within the university and in collaboration with other universities
- Willingness to teach one course per year
- German and/or French proficiency alongside English
