**Internal Communications Manager**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
- Creating and driving internal communications campaigns around key business topics as well as corporate culture and social responsibility initiatives.
- Ensuring the organisation’s mission, values, initiatives, and people news are communicated in a regular, considered, effective and engaging way
- Supporting the planning and delivery of both virtual and in-person town halls, video filming etc.
- Being a champion in employee advocacy - develop employee-sourced stories and leverage peer to peer communication
- Supporting internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation
- Owning and enhancing channel adoption through feedback from stakeholders and analytics (Yammer, newsletter, townhall, etc.)

- Broad experience in internal communications in a large multi-located international organization with experience in a senior role involving engagement with senior leadership and driving global projects
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees and other parts of the organization
- Sound project management skills to implement organization-wide programs and initiatives
- Ability to mix strategic and creative strengths to deliver impactful communication, programs and campaigns
- Experience with tools like Teams, Yammer, etc.
- Fluency in English is essential (both written and spoken)
