We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations at our manufacturing and office location in Dietikon. You will lead the accounting team in Switzerland and will act as the local controller for the country as you'll ensure accurate reporting, drive process improvements, and provide strategic financial leadership.
- Lead month-end closing, ensuring accurate reporting to headquarters.
- Prepare financial statements (local GAAP and US GAAP).
- Provide financial guidance to the local leadership team.
- Conduct variance analysis and optimize working capital.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure SOX compliance and manage audits.
- Oversee local, state, and federal reporting.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst to optimize reporting processes.
- Support the Regional Controller in providing local insights.
- Degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Experience with D365, SAP, Excel, and ideally Power BI.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ethical, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
